Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding Six Miles Up Aviation products.

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within 3 to 7 business days. Customized orders (such as crew luggage tags) and items printed on demand may take the full seven business days to ship. 

 

Can I track my shipment?

You should be able to track your shipment using the tracking number emailed to you when the shipping label is created. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the shipper's tracking systems to update your shipment status.

 

Can I customize the back of a luggage tag?

Yes! Please fill out the form fields on the luggage tag product page, then add the item to your shopping cart. If you choose not to fill out the form (or forget to do so), your luggage tag will ship with the back left blank. You may still use a permanent marker (such as a Sharpie) to write on the back of the tag.

 

Can you create a custom item for me?

In many cases we can create a customized item for you, especially if it is a custom design for a product we already sell. Please note that there may be a fee for making a custom design, and it could take a considerable amount of time to prepare the artwork for you. We cannot customize any items with artwork, pictures, images, graphics, logos, or branding that we do not own, or for which you have not obtained written permission for us to reproduce on your behalf.
