Shipping & Handling

Most items ship out within 3-7 business days. Items that are customized or printed on demand may take the full 7 business days to process before shipping. Note: Due to delays caused by the global pandemic and supply chain issues, we cannot guarantee processing and shipping times. 

We can ship to most addresses worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping cost based on the shipping options available to us. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or ounce.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We have no control over customs procedures, and are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any products that you received, you may return most new, unused, and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Virtually all customers report that the fit of our apparel items are true to U.S. sizing. If the return is because the customer ordered apparel in the wrong size, a return and refund may not be available. Please carefully review the sizing charts on the product page and measure yourself to ensure a proper fit. This is a small business, not a large department store; for inventory control, we do not support "bracketing," the practice of buying multiple sizes to try on with the intent of returning the other sizes for a refund.

If a return is necessary as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping. In most cases we ask for a photograph of the incorrect or defective item so that we can properly categorize and approve the return, and help us do better in the future to prevent such errors as quality and picking. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
